Snacks in the breakroom are a great way to keep your employees’ brains functional throughout the day. Employees often lose focus after working for a while, but a quick snack will allow them to recharge and look at their work with fresh eyes.
Rewarding your employees at the end of a particularly difficult work week with lunch can bring you closer together and ensure that they’ll continue to put in the work each time they’re faced with a challenging week.
4. Send Out Employee Surveys
